Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
In-Person Course (City of Industry Location) $200 for First Time $180 for Renewal
In this course, students are taught proper responses to children with respiratory problems, shock, abnormal heart rhythms, and cardiac arrest. The course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize infants and children at risk for cardiopulmonary arrest, strategies for preventing cardiopulmonary arrest in infants and children, and the skills required to resuscitate and stabilize infants and children experiencing respiratory failure, shock, or cardiopulmonary arrest.
Instructors will guide students through hands-on learning and video instruction.
Online Course (Online + Skills Testing) $105
For those who wish to complete the larger portion of the course online, HeartCode PALS is the only AHA-accredited online course available. In this course, students can assess and learn the same PALS fundamentals in a virtual healthcare setting.
Upon completing the course, the student must schedule an in-person skills session (Skills Testing Only) at our location. Upon completion, the same Course Completion Card will be given.

Before Booking:
The American Heart Association requires that each student has access to the PALS Provider Manual before, during, and after the class.
This course requires completion (and a score of at least 70%) of the PALS Precourse Self-Assessment prior to taking the course. You will be required to bring the completion certificate to class.
For all Skills Testing Only, students must purchase the HeartCode PALS Course from AHA (link below). Proof of the online course completion will be required.
For all Renewal Courses, students are required to bring their current American Heart Association certification cards.
